Williamsburg residents might want to bundle up tonight, as a overnight freeze is a possibility for the area.
The National Weather Service in Wakefield put out a frost advisory for Williamsburg, Isle of Wight, James City County, parts of Suffolk and Chesapeake. Meteorologists warn temperatures could drop in the low- to mid-30s starting early Tuesday morning at 2 a.m. through 8 a.m.
Decreasing clouds this morning, with more sun by afternoon. High temperatures remain cooler than normal today, in the upper 50s along the coast, low to mid 60s inland. A Frost Advisory is in effect for inland areas for late tonight.

A light freeze will be possible in low lying, sheltered rural locations, and residents with outdoor plants may want to bring them inside or shelter them, if possible. Patchy frost will be possible, but the weather service is not warning of any risk for hazardous weather at this time.
